At Lucky Flowers, we are dedicated to delivering your floral and gift orders in a timely manner. The actual time and date your order is delivered is affected by the time of day your order is placed, the method of delivery or shipping you select, weather conditions, and whether or not the destination is a remote location. Our delivery policies explain the delivery options available to you and how we process orders.

DELIVERY TIMES

We deliver from 9AM-6PM. Businesses will be delivered before 6PM unless an express delivery package is requested. If your recipient is only available at select times of the day, we highly suggest one of our express packages to guarantee your delivery time. Funeral deliveries will be verified with the funeral home or church and delivered accordingly.

Funeral Arrangements

Funeral arrangements typically require additional lead-time. If your sympathy or funeral order requires delivery at a specific time of day, please try to let us know several days in advance so we can best accommodate your needs. Sunday deliveries may not always be available.

 

Delivery to Hospitals

We are experienced at making deliveries to hospitals. When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient. We will send your gift bouquet in accordance with facility procedures, as most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms. Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing your order.

 

SPECIAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

If you input special delivery instructions we will not be responsible for the item once the instructions are carried out. Ex: If you tell us to leave the flowers on the door step we will not be responsible once the item is left on the step.

We will go above and beyond to deliver your flowers. We appreciate you allowing us to deliver your floral gift. We will treat it with care.

 

RECIPIENT NOT HOME

We will leave the delivery with a neighbor, an apartment office or a co-worker. We will leave a note on the door of the recipient and a message on their phone. If we are unable to locate anyone to accept the order weather permitting we will leave the delivery on the door step. If we were not supplied with a phone number for the recipient and have to bring the order back, there will be a re-delivery fee charged on the next attempt.

 

Substitution Policy

Due to various seasonal and regional conditions, and the variety of unplanned issues courtesy of Mother Nature, availability of some flowers may be very limited in certain areas. Also, specific flower varieties or colors may not be available for delivery on a specified day. Therefore, it is possible that the exact bouquet pictured or requested may not be available for delivery.

In this event, we will deliver a second choice of similar flowers and container of equal value and beauty. Every effort will be made to maintain size, shape, and overall color schemes of an arrangement, but there may be some variance due to designer interpretation. In single variety arrangements, variety will take preference over color. Our goal is your complete satisfaction, rest assured that every effort will be made to provide an arrangement of equal or greater value.

However, despite all reasonable security precautions and processes, such as password protection, encryption technology, and use of firewall technology, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your Personally Identifiable Information, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our Site, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we will take commercially reasonable precautions to protect its security on our systems.
